Review Time
I signed up for this internet service because the company advertised speeds of up to 1G, which sounded perfect for my needs. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised.
Over the past few months, I have regularly monitored and recorded my connection speeds, and there have been many occasions where I received only around 200Mbps. That is a significant difference from the service I believed I was paying for.
To be fair, not everything was negative. The technician who came to install the service was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made the installation process smooth. Employees like him represent the company very well and deserve recognition.
However, great customer-facing staff cannot make up for a service that consistently fails to meet expectations. When a company promotes a certain level of performance, customers should be able to rely on those claims. Sadly, that has not been my experience.
I wanted this service to work, but the gap between the advertised speeds and the actual performance has left me disappointed and frustrated.
