I started using this app hoping it would help me stay on track with my meals, but it quickly became frustrating. If I missed using it for a few days, I would find myself logged out, and sometimes my meal plans seemed to reset. Instead of helping me stay organized, it felt like I had to keep starting over.
After a while, I decided it wasn't working for me and cancelled my subscription. I thought that would be the end of it, but to my surprise, I was charged again for the next billing period.
I contacted customer support expecting the issue to be resolved, but I was told that refunds were not possible under any circumstances. Even after explaining that I had already cancelled, they said there was nothing they could do.
The whole experience left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. Between the app issues and the refusal to provide a refund, it felt like a complete waste of money. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before subscribing.
